Chapter 475

Evelyn Ross broke through the security guards and bodyguards, her voice urgent.

She fought off those blocking her way, worried she was running out of time.

After shouting, she kicked the person in front of her aside.

That person flew backward, clearing a path for her.

She seized the opportunity and rushed in.

Mrs. Evans and Justin Evans stared at her in shock.

Mrs. Evans frowned and asked, "What did you say?"

Evelyn quickly explained, "Jane is your biological daughter! The one you've been searching for!"

Justin gasped in disbelief, angrily retorting, "Impossible! Grace, don't you dare lie to us!"

Evelyn's tone was firm. "I'm not lying. Weren't you looking for a jade pendant? That pendant belongs to Jane! Jason stole it from her!"

Justin's legs weakened, and he staggered back. "What did you say?!"

Mrs. Evans also widened her eyes. "That can't be!"

Jason shouted, "Grace! You're spouting nonsense! Even to save someone, there's no need to tell such a lie!"

Evelyn took a deep breath. "If you don't believe me, you can do a DNA test..."

She didn't bother saying more and scanned the rooftop, but she didn't see Jane.

She couldn't help asking, "Where is Jane?"

Mrs. Evans and Justin just stared at her blankly, not answering.

The surrounding bodyguards glanced toward the edge of the rooftop.

Evelyn's heart sank.

No, it can't be...

Suddenly, shouts came from below. "Someone jumped!"

"Quick, to the ER!"

Evelyn rushed to the edge of the rooftop.

She saw the girl in a white T-shirt and jeans, lying on the ground like a broken doll.

There was blood all around her... But the angle of the jump was relatively fortunate. She hit a tree first, cushioning her fall before landing on the ground.

So she was still breathing.

Doctors and nurses below surrounded her, placed her on a stretcher, and hurried toward the operating room!

John was a step too slow. He had just reached the next floor when he saw his sister falling through the stairwell window!

He stood frozen in horror, then ran down frantically, rushing to Jane's side.

Limping, he followed the doctors and nurses, sobbing and pleading, "Please, Doctor, you have to save my sister! She's only twenty!"

John's cries echoed from a distance.

Evelyn's heart ached. She immediately straightened up and prepared to run downstairs.

Mrs. Evans grabbed her arm, her voice trembling. "What did you just say?!"

Evelyn pushed her away, her expression cold and disappointed. "I said, the girl you pushed and drove to jump is your biological daughter! Belle Winston!"

"That's impossible!" Mrs. Evans's face instantly turned pale.

"Yes, it's impossible! My sister is a princess! How could she be someone like that?!" Justin roared angrily beside her, unable to accept this reality.

Evelyn looked at them coldly, a sarcastic and icy smile on her lips. "Someone like what? Someone poor? But it's that poor John you speak of who saved her! Without John, your sister would have died years ago!"

Justin took a step back. "No, this isn't true. You must be lying! I don't believe it!"

"Believe what you want!" Evelyn threw these words aside and anxiously ran toward the operating room.

She was worried about Jane's condition, afraid she wouldn't make it.

After Evelyn left the rooftop, Mrs. Evans's legs gave way, and she nearly collapsed, saved by a bodyguard.

She stared intently in the direction Evelyn had left, then looked at Jason, pursed her lips, and asked, "Jason, what is going on?"

Justin also spoke up. "Jason, she's lying to us, right?! That jade pendant, where did you really get it?"

Jason immediately replied, "Aunt, Third Brother, don't believe her nonsense! I bought that jade pendant at an antique market, and I've already found your sister for you!"

He took out a DNA comparison report and handed it to Justin. "Third Brother, look. This is the DNA comparison I had done for you. I've already confirmed her identity..."

Justin stepped forward, took the report, glanced at it, sighed in relief, and handed it to Mrs. Evans. "Mom, look. This is the real sister! Jane is not our sister! Not our sister!"

Justin was emotionally agitated, repeating it over and over.

Mrs. Evans coldly looked down at the DNA comparison report.

She then looked at Jason.

Jason gave an awkward smile. "Aunt, don't believe her nonsense. She just wants to make you feel guilty! The sister I found is already on her way to the hospital! I've already done the DNA test for you. You can be reunited soon!"

Mrs. Evans looked at the comparison report in her hand. It showed a sibling match between the subject and Justin.

Mrs. Evans clenched her jaw, remained silent for a moment, then looked at Jason again.

She turned and strode out.

Justin followed her. "Mom, where are you going?"

Mrs. Evans answered directly, "To see the girl who just jumped!"

Justin said, "Mom, why go see her? You don't actually believe Grace's nonsense, do you?"

Mrs. Evans stopped in her tracks.

"I'm going to find her and do a DNA test!"
